Chip And Pin Contactless Card.
10 Answers
My card seems to have stopped working and I now have to enter my pin manually. I have ordered another card but have no idea why my current card can no longer be 'read'.
Any ideas?

I had been using my neighbour's contactless card to do her weekly shop at Tesco - limit there still only £30, so I had to do it in two transactions. Last week it was refused and I was asked to put the PIN in, but of course I didn't know it. Tesco were very good and put the items through the till and I rang my neighbour from their service desk and got her PIN. It's just a security measure after a certain number of transactions.
