Why Do I Feel Tightness In My Shoes
28 Answers
why do i feel a tightness near the throat, eyelets, and tongue of my shoes even though i loosen the laces. This isn't the first time that i got new shoes and i felt the same thing.

okay, if this is a thing whenever you buy new shoes, then you need to buy ones that fit better - especially if even loosening the laces doesn't help, because that's what laces are for. If however you find they soon stretch to fit you (without crushing your feet to fit them), then it's up to you whether it's enough of a problem to want to deal with.

Tony, I have heard of people doing that, but I don't. It's just one of those things that works for some people and doesn't for others. It's akin to a poster asking what's the best pain-reliever you can buy over the counter. Someone will post he/she swears by a certain brand, and later on someone says" it doesn't do a thing for me".
no i didn't buy the wrong size
no my feet did not swell up, because it is a nice 72 degrees inside and i don't go out as much do to the virus.
and no i am not trying to looses up the laces i'm wanting to get rid of the uncomfortable felling that i have specifically the vertical tightness specifically around the throat and eyelets of the shoes, and probably a little of the tongue
