How To Stop Glasses Fogging Up When Wearing A Mask?

Hi I wear glasses and I want to know how to stop them fogging up when wearing a mask please? I do not want to wear a visor.

It depends what lengths you are prepared to go to in order cure the problem. A simple way to avoid the trouble she mentions is to remove the mask. It must be causing her some worries to mention it. It not much of a stretch to develop those worries into severe distress. If the government wants to introduce ridiculous legislation which actually presents more risk than it cures they cannot be surprised if people find ridiculous ways to circumvent it.
