Television Dixons

Good afternoon qe purchased a television flat screen from the dixons shop. We have tried plug in all sockets of the house but no movies only sometimes a grey and black screen with buzzing noise. We tried hange channel many time but only number and grey black buzzing. Is it problem with the house electric?

Have you tried re-tuning the set. There will be a method in the "settings" menu.

Where the television come from? Is it satellite or the plug? We tried all the plugs in house. I think to ask my neighbor try in his plug. Settings is just color and lightness

MrChong, elsewhere you state you can read and write English but seemingly thinks a television works through a 3 pin plug. Your instruction book will tell you how to set up the television, it certainly won't tell you it comes via a 3 pin plug along with the electricity. ;o)

What make and model number.? Country of manufacture,? Screen size.? Is it a colour or black & white model.?
Has the set been placed on a flat surface.? Is this the first television you have set-up.

Please give as much information as possible and someone may have a lead for you to get picture.
