Amazon Prime Video.

Can anyone help me with getting subtitles for the film 'Parasite' on a Sony Bravia Smart TV?

We have prime video as an App on the TV but cannot work out how to watch this particular film with subtitles.

If we play the trailer, the subtitles are on there but when we play the film, nowt!

On the film's page on Amazon, someone posted,

"Subtitles work in this way

Good entertaining film if you like foriegn fims which I do. SUBTITLES are on this fim on the Amazon prime video platform. To do this on the film start summary page, scroll along top tabs past Overview, past Cast, to SUBTITLES, choose ENGLISH. Then go back to Overview tab, press watch film/play. Whilst playing, if you scroll along bottom right to "cc", ensure Closed Caption is ON, pressing it toggles it off and on. Press play. It worked in this way for me"

All sorted. We rang Amazon customer service in the end, or rather, they rang us.
A helpful, patient, knowledgeable lady who talked us through it step by step.
