It can't be done - there are legal issues of privacy and data protection. Having said that. www.192.com gets recommendations from people. You might have a look around there.

There was a German CD availble which allowed a reverse search of UK numbers. I have a copy (pc version) which works OK, but not with ex directory numbers. It only seemed to work on standard BT listed numbers. The disk is maybe 5 years old now, so the last lot of code changes have rendered it pretty much useless.
