Hi I have a Smart Phone Android and when I go on Facebook to watch a Video with Sound, I cannot get the sound.How do I get it please? I am not very Tech minded.Thanks.

Do you have sound with everything else you use on the phone? Settings > Sounds and Vibrations> Volume..

Hi yes I have checked that but to no avail.

Are you sure they aren't muted on fb, rather than phone? Sometimes you have to press the speaker to get sound on there.

I don't use Facebook but I suspect that you might be experiencing the same problem that many people have reported here with YouTube in the past. That's if you accidentally click/tap on the 'Mute' button in one video, the setting is remembered and all subsequent videos are also muted until you click/tap the button again to undo the muting.

So is there a 'Mute' button within the video itself (rather than on your phone)?
