For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.It depends on the new taps. If you have the type that is a direct replacement, i.e. the sink has two holes and the new taps fit into them then just make sure you replace the tap connector washers and the pipes should refit.
If it is a single hole tap then these use smaller pipes initially and should come with adapters for your existing 15 mm pipes. The pipes may not be in the right position and if they cannot be moved sufficiently then you will need to cut them back and use flexible hose type connectors available from B&Q (check for the right ends)unless you want to have a go at bending and soldering the pipe.
It is useful to fit service valves in the pipelines as you can then turn the water back on while you fiddle with the taps.
