10-30 last night until 09-30 this morning !
I guess it must be the dark days that do it , my daughter ,always an early riser for work, said she’s finding it difficult to get up on these dreich mornings , Dentist this afternoon, two days into my holiday and I lost a filling and swallowed it too I imagine , I don’t mind the dark nights, I find them cosy but hate thes dark rainy days ,I know, I know it’s January and could be worse, could be snowing but then it would at least be bright out there,as it is I’ve the lamps on in my lounge

It might not seem like it, Bobbi, but spring is not that far away. We're already 19 days past the shortest day, and there's about 2 minutes more daylight with each passing day. The sun WILL return!
You lazy thing. But then that seems a good way to spend a dark, miserable morning so maybe you just got it right. It is miserable out there at the moment but not long to go before we get sunny weather so look on the bright side of life. Take care.
I've slept like a dream this last week or so, must have needed it xx

Hi gg, I’ve noticed that since coming back that the nights are slightly lighter now, we were spoilt in the Canaries as it was around 6-30 when it got dark

My daughter is the manager of the practice PP ( a-hem )
I'm lucky if I get 5 hours most days occasionally 6 not often though. My last dentist app was back in November but they cancelled as nurse wasn't in. Wife only went and booked me new one today but got to wait until April to have it. Not complaining though as it will save me a few quid for a while. They will think the builders are in when I go as the building will shake so much lol.

Haha sheds, I’ve got Denplan , costs £19 a month but so worth it
Quite extraordinary!! I NEVER oversleep & last night I did so by one full hour! waking at 7:40 instead of 6:40 could it have something to do with the moon?
I only got 4 hours of sleep last night
Question Author
I’m sure you could be right too Khandro
Music, I’d be a nightmare to live with if I only got 4 hours of sleep , the last time that happened was when I had Shingles
I regularly get about 7.5 hours...from 2-ish until 9:30. Too much leaves me more tired. But, since Christmas I often need to resist the urge to sleep at 4pm...just as it's all closing in.

I couldn’t stay up till those early hours , I’d feel I was the only being on the planet ;0(
Even when we were away I kept to the routine of no later than 10-30 pm except NYE when we went for a meal, 11-55 , paid the bill, 12 midnight watched the fireworks going off across the island ,12-30am bed
I have slept that long on a few occasions. I love my sleep & reluctantly force myself out of bed in the mornings. I could sleep for England!!

Me too Sharon, if I have the rare bad night , it’s a killer
When we go away often go to bed between midnight and 2am but I am still up by around 6 to 6.30 am. Then while Mrs Shed sleeps I sit on the balcony watching the drunks go home while I have some coffee.
Same here, Bobbi. We call it indoor tired. Weather too vile to go for even a short walk to get fresh air so we're breathing used air. ;-)
Head back under the duvet in the morning yet dozy by about 4.

Oh for some bight and cheery days.

I bet that’s entertaining Sheds ;)
Yes me too Gness and if I weren’t going straight from here to Costco ( dentist ) today would be no exception haha
/got Denplan , costs £19 a month but so worth it/

Great. But I just couldn't be bothered to see my dentist on a monthly basis.
