I have suffered from Manic Depression for most of my adult life.

When I am Depressed I feel that I want to go to bed and hide from the world. Your brain also changes how you feel about the world and yourself. Little problems in your life feel like huge problems. You feel inferior to others.

If I was you my first stop would be to visit your doctor. You may be prescribed antidepressants. They will not magically cure you but they help you to feel better about yourself and in time you will feel much better.

Look at what is going well in your life - you are young, you are thin enough to fit into all the outfits you are not sure about AND you have a new job. Stick with this employer and learn all that you can about the work.

Good luck!
