I have recently traveled around south america with Latam and to be fair it's not been the best experience. I have tried the usual resolution methods ie customer service etc and dont seem to be getting anywhere... has anyone got any idea's how i can get a ceo's email address or something?

It's largely a myth that contacting the CEO of an organisation will get you any better service than going throuh the regular 'customer service' (or 'lack of service') routes.  Any well set-up organisation will have a filtering system  so that 'customer service' issues addressed to the CEO simply get diverted to the normal customer service team.

(As an analogy, when I worked on the railways, we'd often get people dropping letters into our office marked 'For the personal attention of the Managing Director'.  Despite the fact that the MD was a regular visitor to our office, he never got to see those letters.  Instead, as instructed, we always sent them straight to the Customer Service team).
