The sun is shining! Its actually feeling warmer!

Are we still in false spring or can I finally start planting seeds?

Think I will get some washing out on the line today, won't be dog walking as the youngest is on house arrest due to a paw injury.

Hope Smow is OK I see she has been MIA for a few days.

Good Morning, Smow was having to send her computer off for repair at the start of the week, not sure when it is due back.  Hopefully she will be back soon.

Just gone from  minus one to zero degrees according to my laptop, but the sun is trying to break through.

Hope your poorly pooch will recover quickly, can't imagaine him being pleased about being confined to quarters.

Getting the bus along the coast to the next small town for a shop I hope will have the mugs I want, then will walk on to the next one which is a bit bigger for a coffee and browse round.

Good morning Ubasses, no at 14 months being confined is not her idea of fun, luckily she has bones and toys to keep her occupied.

Love a walk along the coast - we are off to Norfolk next week for a few days - so will hopefully squeeze in a walk or 2.

I am after new cups too, but the ones I really like are £20 each - I really can't justify that!

The same back to you, DDIL and all who follow. It is a little brrrr this morning and I am glad I am not a seed waiting to be planted in the great outdoors! 

I have to go out to collect my normal prescription today but I will let the car de-ice itself first! I am not in that much of a hurry. Bit like my surgery practice who failed to send it electronically to my chosen pharmacy whilst I am away from home. Sigh.

Hope the pup's injury is soon healed, bless her. Did she get it by charging around or has she picked up something in her paw?

I hope Smow is ok, too.

Morning Choux, hope you get your scripts sorted.

Tatties are due to be planted next week (st paddy's day) so hopefully it will stay frost free.

I think she picked something up whilst charging! She had been to the vet but she hates her paws being touched so its difficult to get a clear picture - she is on tablets so hopefully it will clear up soon.

Good morning all, I too hope Smow is not ill and it is just the ipad she had to send off for repair.

Sun struggling to get through here but at least it is not raining. I'm debating whether or not to put washing out as forecast says "maybe rain".

Still getting used to having my first smart phone. Got a Samsung as people on here reccommended it. Can't get used to it bleeping at me and all the notifications it delivers. I have figured out how to get rid of them off one sight, but not another and they are just mounting up. Need to talk to the teenager next door to show me how!

Sunny day here, looks warmer than it is and the few clouds are a tad darker than I'd like, but dry and sunny is most welcome.

@Calda, I have been an iphone person since about version 3, have tried to break the habit and use other phones but I find them annoying and always go back to apple.

Morning all. We are expecting a food delivery soon and  thats it for the day. I must get round to getting some seeds ordered for when the gardener has been to dig a bed in the front garden. For a few years now we have planted it with wild flowers/ bee friendly varieties and it adds a lovely splash of colour. That, and the lavender hedge means we do our bit for the pollinators.

I can't wait to get out in the garden again, I managed to do some tidying up last weekend but there is more to do prepping the beds for veggies etc and I need to replace all my strawberry plants as they have not come up this year at all.

I'd love to be fit enough to do some gardening. Got some ideas but reliant on weather and one or both sons being free, as I'd really love to change a few things to make it easier to keep.

Gardening is a hard taskmaster but the rewards are wonderful.

A little late but Hello anyway. Beautiful day outside but chaotic inside with washing machine problem which has just been sorted. Smow should have raided hubby's IT office upstairs but maybe out of bounds! Tatties had to be planted 17 March by an ex-Irish neighbour - no matter the weather! Enjoy the rest of the day. X

Well, I'm late as usual so it's good afternoon from me. I hope Smow is just busy or offline, and not suffering with one of her headaches. 

Isn't it nice to have sunshine...it makes me eager to do stuff. I envy anyone with a garden this time of year. I'm convinced I'd be fitter if I still had a garden.Instead I'll go into town for a few bits I like to buy in person...and I've got a Waitrose delivery early evening. I've found that Sainsbury’s is going downhill. Anybody seeing empty shelves in their stores?

Yes Pasta, our local Sainburys is awful, I was sent a survey last week and gave it a very bad review. Whether they take any notice is another matter.  The fruit and veg is not very good of late either, wish we had a Waitrose here, alternatives are Aldi or Asda, neither of which have a full range.

Ubasses...on my last order from them I wanted 2 peppers...the large, long pointy ones. To stuff. They sent me 2 small ones...one was only the size of the palm of my hand. The driver refunded me at least.
