I need to send a parcel, its 20 kgs they are asking for length, width, and height its a fitness walker, no handles just the mat and the timer clock surely the length and height are the same 132cms if its on its end its 132cms and if its laid long ways its still the same 132cms but I have to fill in the height or it won't let me complete the form, unless I comple length width and height.

a three dimensional box willhave 3 measurements even if it's a cube. Essentially it doesnt matter what way yoou have it up, jus pick one way and do the measurements ffrom that.

imagine a shoe box.  One measurement will be the log side of the rectangle, one will be the short side and the final one will be from bottom of the box to top

Then they turn the box around and it's all changed.
