Hi jasplaz, I sympathise with you as my wife also does this again whilst watching TV and in bed. She crosses her legs just above the ankle and sways them from side to side. It drives me nuts esp when I'm trying to sleep. I'm afraid I having got any remedies though although I have been tempted to wrap a frying pan around her head.
