Does it benefit the brain? I'm always hearing conflicting reports.

Fish definatly benifits the brain but whether its the omega 3 or something else in the fish is still up for debate.
Natural fish oils found in oily fish like tuna for example are reported to be good for concentration etc. My son has been taking omega 3 for over a year now and it seems to help him a lot at school - both myself and his teachers have noticed a difference. BUT there's no guarantee that its not a placebo effect - perhaps because he knows what they are 'supposed' to do enables him to do it himself?
