I have an old phone that has not been used in a couple of years and now the battery will not accept a charge. Any ideas on how I could revive the battery?

Thanks

You may be able to buy a replacement battery from one of the phone shops.

It's a dinasaur. But who knows?

As the above say, it's most likely you'll need a new battery. They don't last forever, and not being used for such a long time isn't good either.
try argos- you'd be surprised
It's probably cheaper to get a new phone.
Leave it on to charge overnight, it might just be completely discharged and needs a bit of time to come back to life.
