for my questionnaire on pre-eclampsia (for my dissertation) there are quite a lot of questions?they are-

1) is there any history of pre-eclampsia in your family?

2) do you have any other medical conditions?e.g diabetes, kidney problems, migraines, etc

3) do you smoke?

4) are you employed?full or part time?

5) how many pregnancies did you suffer this condition with?e.g 1st and 3rd or 2nd and 4th

6) age at time of this condition with all effected pregnancies?

7) number of babies carried in effected pregnancies?

8)approx weight in effected pregnancies?

9)other complications?

10) what treatments you recieved?

11) how many weeks was you when your baby was delivered?

12) mode of delivery?e.g forceps,vontouse,cesearian.

13) did your babies require special care?how long?

14) any long term effects?e.g depression.
