i recently bought a digital camera.theres nothing wrong with the camera that i know of but my problem is getting it set up.theres a cd rom with it but it wont run automatically.i was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me how to run it manually.i am not computer illiterate but if you could put it in easy enough terms to understand it would be appriciated.thanks in advance

what system are you running on your pc? If it's XP you don't neccessarily need to download the cd rom just connect the camera via USB and the pc will recognise the hardware. If you're running a system previous XP you would need the cd rom. Can't you get it to run it if you go through My computer and click on the cd rom icon?

Put the cdrom in your drive, click START, Click MY COMPUTER, Click DVD DRIVE, (your disc name should be next to it) and your cd rom will run.
