I have this space on MSN with my poems and rhymes and stuff and i was wondering how to get it out there how to get more people to comment on it and stuff you noe Like Get it viewed with a wider audience through MSN spaces or other peoples places and stuff WITHOUT SPAMING

You need to get the web address known and able to be found in the search engines. One way is to post articles in forums and to blogs with a link to your site (put the link as a signature and try to say something useful, not just 'look at my site').
The more links that the search engines find pointing to your site the higher prominence it will be given and therefore the easier people will find it.
Join email lists, yahoo groups etc that have the same or similar interests to your website and post messages. Again, dont post rubbish (spam) but always include a link to your site.
Put a link to your site in the signature of all your emails.
I'm sure there's tons more ways. Hope this helps to start with.
