It depends on whether that person is aroused by tickling. Some people really enjoy it, others hate it, for some it's a major turn-on. You can't say that just anyone of the opposite sex is going to be turned on by being tickled. I have known women who have more or less pleaded to be relentlessly tickled - I don't mean that to come across as a boast, it's just true. (Though I must say, I am a SUPREME tickler of women). And others who can't bear even one second of tickling. Sounds like you're definitely of the turned-on-by-tickling persuasion.
