Why is it that when i yawn whilst listening to music through headphones, the music seems to go flat (as in tuning - i.e. not sharp!)????

I have often suspected that load music went sharp due to changes to the physical shape of the cochlea
there are two reasons
1: when you yawn you change the air pressure in your ear
2: you are by doing this releaving pressure on your ear drum causeing the responce pich to sound lower.
just like on any membraned drum by tightening of the membrane the pich raises and loosening of it drops the sound... try it some time!
