Could be your antivirus software Naz - I brought a new PC with Nortons loaded on and couldn't even *read* the advert section. It automatically recognised the word 'advert' and blocked it as part of an ad-blocking software. Try configuring it to accept any pages from www.answerbank.co.uk.
