I have used one many, many times. They are real alright, and they work. How do they work? The board and the people using it are directly controlled by the spirits.

The theory is spirits use them to contact the living and pass on messages by spelling them out letter by letter. I haven't used one as i know instinctivly they are not things to be mesed with unless you know what you are doing-you could be inviting anyone into your house!!! I know too many people that have had nightmares over them-there are other much safer ways to contact spirits if you really wish too-by people that know what they are doing!!

I have an original Parker Brothers one, and can testify it did work on the few occasions I used it. I correctly spelled out someone I had a crush on (I was quite young at the time! lol), which no-one else would have known, and then predicted what the first thing my Dad would say when he woke up - and it was right. It got a bit scary though at other times so it's beneath a pile of books in my airing cupboard now, never to be used again

I did it once with a group of people..

.and I was pushing the glass around...so I knew what was happening was me, however all the crazy loons I was with refused to believe me afterwards, and said I was too scared to admit it. was real..dear oh dear!

I've used one, several times (many years ago) and YES it does work, SOMETIMES...totally depends who you do it with, if you believe in it or not, etc.
but i really wouldn't recomend you trying, coz if you DO get contact and they're not very nice spirits (likely) you could end up with a seriously haunted home, as you won't be able to send them back again...
hence why I moved out of my old place and will never do Ouija ever again :)

ps. just put every letter in the alphabet on some baking paper, include the words "yes" "no", "hello" and "goodbye" on there too, then tape it to the table, get a glass, and off you go...set the mood with some candles...and turn off all electrics (like TVs, stereos)
