freeview box and indoor aerial

I am going to buy a freeview box with a compatable indoor aerial as i dont have an outdoor aerial.. Does anyone know if this will work ok and any suggestions on good indoor aerials - its for my bedroom

cant suggest any for you. What's the signal like in general round your area? Might be worth getting one with batteries in for a booster.
But, should be ok. My sister's freeview box in her living room is run off an indoor aerial.

If you have a main TV downstairs I believe there are products on the market where you can transmit your signal wirelessly from this so dispensing with the need for external aerial upstairs in your bedroom but at the same time providing a good picture.

my digital aerial screws up my a when a scooter goes past, wouldnt recommend it.
