Just ask my husband to fit a dimmer switch for you. He fitted one in our old house in the living room and hall. When you switched the living room light on the kitchen light went on and the hall light went off and when you switched the hall light on, the living room light went on and the kitchen light went off. I shouldn't really moan though cos it was great when we had parties - it was like having your own private disco !!!
