i think the crime would be deemed as american, however your british, i assume, so the crime could be under british duristiction which therefore mexico would have to ask britton to hand you over for trial, but then america would probably be the ones that arrest you so briton would have to ask america to hand you to them first, i think mmmm tricky question! i think a war might ensue anyway.
