MP3 player software??

I have a toshiba gigabyte mp3 player and I lost the CD and i cant seem to find the software anywhere on the net anyone tell me how i can get it or some site where i can get a software where i can trasnfer mp3s to it thanks

with most mp3 players you dont usually need the software,
just plug the mp3 into your usb port

if it doesnt register it,unplug it check in control pannel add/remove programs, and remove the driver and program for the mp3,
reset and then plug the mp3 player back in, it should load it up as a mass storage drive or pendrive or something along those lines,

you will have a couple of folders in the "drive" and just drag and drop the songs you want into it,

if at any point the pc tells you you need to format the disk, DO NOT DO IT
