Using Window Media Player, is it possible to burn a cd so that it is seamless, ie concerts or soundtracks, but still be able to separate or go to the individual songs desired? Hope this is in the right section...

Nope.

Dont think you can with media player. You might be able to with Media Player 10 using the cross fading, but im pretty sure you can't access individual songs when they are all together in one.

You can do it with other progrs such as Nero - that'll give you the option to set the silence between songs as the standard 2 seconds, or to zero
