Me too. It looks like BG are trying to keep it's customers, but will fail with this one as the rewards are pretty poor don't you think? However, it has prompted me to change supplier after going onto uswitch.com

The accompanying letter says that even if you lose your bond they will still remember you had it and send you whatever it is they are promising. I noticed this as I was about to dump the letter, the day after I dumped the bond. I can't remember the details of the offer so it can't hve been that impressive.
