Does anyone know how you can print a leaflet out via Microsoft Word? It needs to be printed out as in order to open the leaflet (foldable leaflet) Thanks in advance

You need to go into the page setup

File->Page Setup

You can fiddle around with things in there. You probably want to make it landscape and either 2 or 3 columns, depending on how you're planning on folding it.
You can download free templates for Microsoft Word documents here:

(Check out the 'Brochures' section for various leaflet styles).

However, using a word processing program for this type of task is always a pain in @rse. You'll get much better results from using a DTP program. If you've got Microsoft Publisher on your PC, that's what you should use. If not, get hold of some free DTP software, such as Serif PagePlus SE:
