Help with US time

I want to visit a website which is only online between the hours of 9am and 6pm est and I never seem to be online at the right time, can somebody please tell me how these times equate to English times

When The website is on line at 9am to 6pm Eastern Seaboard Time - go to the left from England at Noon and you will find and you can work out that it is online 5 hours behind our time which means between the hours of 4am to 1pm.

If you go to the time zone shown on you computer as a clock, use the drop down menu, it will give a list of all time zones in the world shown as GMT + or - hours
