replacement windows

My replacement windows were fitted by a company that is no longer in existence, but they had many awards for quality, from the industry. The problem is that the windows are about ten years old now and they have started to whistle. What causes this and what is the remedy?

There are companies who repair faulty windows who I called in when I had the same problem as you (no particular tune Rob Da bank) The windows had dropped on the hinges and slightly bowed so they re hung them and made a few adjustments.It cost �35 pound for two windows.
