Why can nobody ring me or even send a text anymore? Whenever I try to ring out or text I get an hourglass and the message ` Please Wait` which just stays there forever.

I cant answer why it is doing this but why dont you go to the factory reset on the phone. You will might lose all your numbers but i might help

Cheers mrknowall, but I have no idea how to do that, there are'nt any instructions in the manual that I can see! Im probably missing something obvious.

It may be that your phone is running low on memory, try deleting some texts and see if that solves your problem.

This might be a little late
Go to your main menu
Go into settings
Then go into Inital set up
Then down to master reset
You will need the pass word to do this
If dont know it try 0000
Dont keep trying different numbers as your phone might lock up
Please remember You Will Lose All Info ie numbers/photos/texts
