help!if i wanted to cut down on my electricity bills

if i lit candles for say a month and never used lights do you think itwould dramaticaly reduce my electricity bills or make no diffrence > thanks

It would make a difference - maybe not that big - but you would have a very big candle bill. They are expensive these days.

I reckon you would be better using energy saving bulbs and turning lights off when you leave a room etc. bit safer than loads of candles. Don't leave electric stuff on standby as they still use electricity and turn off unused sockets if possible too.

Good question. If you have a good memory for faces and places, you could learn the position of everything in the house, learn everything about your face, and then you could live in total darkness.
You could in fact shave, do your hair and put your make-up on in total darkness. Now that would save money.
Otherwise, a simpler method is to hook a wire up to next door. Hope this helps.

Have 2 answeres here to reduce your lecky bill first one is jump the electrick meter you even used to be able to reverse the incoming and outgoing live wire in the old type of meters and the dial would go backwards ( so I was told hee hee).
Second one is a little less dangerous if you dont mind a bit of pain poke yourself in the eyes with 2 great big sharp sticks and that will make you will go blind so you wont need a light to see as you cant see.
See problem sorted easy.......
