E~mails!!!! Grrr!!!

Basically, my e~mails have blocked........my inbox was empty........and then I got two reeceipts to say emails I had sent had been read ~ and now when I click on my outlook express ~ it just won't do anything ~ Like ~ Not Responding. I have been into my email account from the server main page and those two emails are not showing up in there at all..........I can read and delete my new emails from that main page but obvisouly cannot send any emails out, well can't do anything in outlook. Under those two emails are also 4 more read reports from someone else ~ also not showing up in the main page. I haven't got a clue ~ Please can anyone help me ~ asap ~ See trouble is I CANNOT get into the Outlook to have a look at settings etc cos like I say it will not do anything so I wonder if anyone can help me get into it another way ~ THANKS in anticipation x Kay x

You do not give much detail, but it sounds like you should contact your ISP. The problem seems to be from their end. Post back with more detail. Maybe we can help.
