I need to make small chart in excel have no other boxes around it, if you no what I mean, just the info i've input and all else is grey. I know if I scroll across and down and hide columns and rows it will acheive the desired result but there must be an easier way. Please can anyone help. Thanks in advance (cos i know how clever you can be)......Turbs

If you have no cells filled in anywhere else just ask it to print- but make sure in print setup you have gridlines deselected. You might want to put a box- borders round the bit you are printing.
Alternatively if you have data elsewhere you dont want to print then you can select the print area. Highlight the part you want to print- select file/print area/ set print area
