shower pumps

I have mains cold water feeding my bathroom and a hot water tank. what is the best type of shower pump to use ( I want about 3 bar at the shower head). I do not know what bar mains is supplied at. have looked at some dual pumps which state negative or positive head pressure???

and like you have mains cold water and hot from a tank.
A 3.0 bar salamander pump was used (from screwfix) which feeds both showers and it does the job well. I am afraid I don't understand negative or positive head pressure. This never seemed to be an issue when I ordered it on my plumbers behalf.
Get onto the Screwfix site or phone them. They may be able to advise you.
