I live in Knightswood and i went with a guy Called Ron from Clyde Motoring (its in the Yellow pages). He operates using the AA Ford Focus car with all the same stuff/materials they have and hes cheaper too.
Only cost me �17 per lesson so i'm sure hes still cheaper than BSM or even the AA who are �22 per lesson. All in all i passed my theory and test first time, he's very patient and loves to drive which helps.
All depends where you are i guess, there will be a similar person its just the looking thats the problem

No i didnt take the course i only had around 30 lessons and then went for my test, i dont actually recommened the crash course cause everyone i know that has, its ended up in a crash when they pass their test due to lack of experience.
TBH you dont learn to drive until you pass your test, i've learned that much
