I tried to record a program through my digi box from the tv, when I replayed it, there was no sound.

Tonight I did the same, half way through watching the video the sound disapeared.
Any ideas??

At a guess, a wonky SCART connection. The SCART connector is probably the worst-designed and most unreliable connector ever implemented. Check that the lead is properly inserted at both ends, or shell out on a really high quality one.

Once or twice I have had sound from a channel on my digi-box but no picture. I solved the problem, at the time, by rebooting the box.
