Hi,
Whenever we turn on the tap in our kitchen the water makes a loud squealing noise when coming out. Any idea what is causing it and how to stop it?

air trapped in pipes. try attaching cold to hot taps...pressure should sort it out.

OR the Mains pressure could be too high. Find stopcock and close it down a little. Best Wishes (_8o(])
