But once it gets through your skin (I realise skin is porous), where does it have to get to? I would have thought it would need to get into the blood to have an effect.
yes, it gets into your blood stream and then goes to your brain where it satisfies the craving.
they didnt work for me,
i just couldnt keep the blighters alight!

But how does it get into your blood?

I mean, if something can get into your blood just by sticking a patch on, why do we need injections? Why can't diabetics get their insulin just by sticking a patch on? Why can't I get my holiday jabs from a patch?
i wouldnt wear the stronger ones and smoke at the same time though youll end up taking a nicotene overdose!!!!
Not all substances can be absorbed through the skin and into the blood steam but nicotine can be.
yes they work but only if you place one over each eye to stop you finding your tobbaco
