i have no sound on itv2 and itv3, have tried to re scan but it keeps asking for password, i dont have it, how do i find out what to do. any help much appreciated. thanks

Provided you or someone else hasn't reset the password then the default for the installation code is usually 1234 or sometimes 0000.
