How does the names system work in the insurance industry, payments, liabilities etc and has Lloyds recovered form last almost meltdown they had with liabilities, thankyou.

Anyone can be a Lloyds name, but beware.In good years you can make a lot of money but if things go belly up you could lose everything and I mean everything.It is Unlimited liability.
