I don't have a problem. If I know the name of the person or company I want I use the ordinary phone book. Companies are listed first in one section followed by private phone lines in another section. If it is a type of company I want (eg takeaway, car hire) then I use the yellow pages.
No, I find them quite straight forward...
I've never had a problem with one!
Me neither. Companies are in the front and people are in the back.

Ok point in question I was looking for union what its under do you go for the name of union which was not there anyway but unions in general under what..
'Unions' (of the sort I assume you're referring to) are listed where they should be in Yellow Pages; under 'T'.

A 'union' can refer to lots of things. (Two people getting married, for example, is an example of a union). What you're looking for is probably a 'trade union' which, as stated, will be found in the 'T' section.

The classified section at the front of the Phone Book also has a section for 'Trade Unions'.
