Found my front near side wheel getting so hot it was melting the wheel trim. Replaced caliper, barings, pads and flexi hose but it is still heating up, any ideas what else it could be?, Incidentally the car is not pulling to the side when i break, so i guess the brakes aren't jamming on, Cheers

is the exhaust leaking from the manifold?
Question Author
I'm not too sure, but there aren't any of the big race car type roaring noises coming from the exhaust.
Yes it could be the wheel bearing being too tight, check the manual for the correct tightness as some bearings are supposed to be hand tight only.
almost certainly this will be coming from the bearings or brakes. re-check for tightness and while you have the wheel off look for heat damage to the front disc brake rotor. compare it with the other side for uneven wear. look for blueing of the metal
