i Pod Videos

I have just got the new i Pod which can play videos, Please can someone tell me if it is possible to put your own video clips onto it? ie: Directly from "My videos" on your PC? How do you do this? Thanks!!

Choose the video converter right for your iPod and see if it works:

Once it's made a file, you may need to drag and drop the file into iTunes. Then just sync the iPod, and it should copy across (or if not, goto the iPod's video tab, and tell it to copy videos too).
