I have sent a text to a t mobile phone from my virgin phone.

I haven't received a delivery report but I think that the user has his phone on...

Can this be explained?

Some networks - and i think T-Mobile is one of them - don't do delivery confirmations.

I am on T-Mobile, and I get a 'message sent' message after texting, but no proof of delivery or receipt.

I send messages to vodafone, o2, orange and I got sent delivery reports...

i send texts to a t.mobile phone and i get delivery reports so maybe the person hasnt got their phone on
