What tools is the best for drilling a hole in the wall to fit an extractor fan tubing?

Go to your local hire shop and hire a 100mm core cutter and big drill to go with it then you are guaranteed a nice clean hole for the ducting....
And if you've never used one before, take care it don't rip your face off!!!
and also drill a pilot hole all the way through the wall then drill with the core cutter from both sides,that way will get you a neat hole either side instead of bursting through
