can anyone please tell me how to restore my computer to how it was eg 5 days ago. sorry ive forgotten what the term is for it. iive forgotten how to do it. i have windows vista. thank you

Click on the windows symbol in the bottom left corner and then select control panel from the menu. Select Backup and Restore Centre (on ma menu it�s the fourth icon) and then select the system restore option in the tasks on the left hand side. No doubt there�s a quicker way but that�s how I do it.

Go to Start, Accessories, System tools, System Restore,and follow from there
