Do you mean the plug or the plug-hole ?

Mr Muscle if the plug hole is blocked.
Neat bleach and leave it for a bit if you do not have a blockage.
If you've got limescale problems, after you've rinsed the bleach off, rub with a thick slice of lemon then leave the lemon on the limescaley place for a couple of hours and rinse off.
Hope this helps, but not really sure what you're trying to clean.
